Shipping Costs

However, we frequently run Free Shipping promotions. If free shipping is applied to your order, please note that return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace code.

  • Tracking updates may take 2–3 days to appear.

Delivery Issues

While rare, delivery issues can occasionally occur. In such cases, the following policies apply:

Lost Package

If a package is lost or undeliverable due to logistics:

Refused or Uncollected Packages
